The lady who use to take care of us after school when I was little use to make me vanilla ice cream mixed with mashed avocados. Back then it was one of my favorite snacks, but when I tried to make it again last year, it was possibly the grossest thing I ate in ages. X6 I don't know if I have a point to all this, but when I was reading your blog that was the first thing I thought of. LOL! I think I'll stick to sandwiches, crisp breads and salads. :)
