i love fire floss bun from BreadTalk kitchen, i tried so many recipes, but i still can’t even make it as delicious as BreadTalk’s :(

i failed in milk cream within the bun. my bun always ‘wet’ at the bottom…huh….

i will try yours, and back for some review, thanks for sharing :D

You can buy bread flour at specialty baking/bread flour shops in Perth such as All About Bread in Greenwood or Rising in the Yeast in Melville.

Hi Mary Anne,

We use pork floss as a side dish, for example, mixing it in porridge, or hot rice. It also goes very well into wraps. I also have pork floss with buttered bread.

Cheers mate.

Hi there,
I'm wondering if you can help. I purchased a bag of pork floss at the Adelaide Markets, but I have no idea what to do with it. I have googled 'pork floss', but other than your recipe, I end up with recipes for making pork Floss. Do you know any other recipes I can make with the pork floss?
Regards,
Mary Anne
